The weather of Dubai is divided into two phases in the year, and the U.A.E receive much more visitors from autumn to spring (November to March) which are during the most pleasant cool and humid seasons. Expect between 25ºC to 35ºC and 9ºC during the night if you travel to Dubai during that time.
Then, it turns to extreme weather changes from spring to summer (April to October) as temperatures steadily start to rise from 32ºC to a heat reaching 41ºC on the July & August months, that even the sea water temperatures get warm and over the 30ºC !
However, the weather in Dubai is commonly quite erratic, holding a record of 8 cm per year of rainfall, and freak storms of winds blowing across the desert stems mainly during the winter & spring seasons.

How to deal with the Dubai weather ?
With the so high temperatures from the weather of Dubai, when seriously turned to 35ºC and above 40ºC, the heat could become unbearable if you don’t drink enough water.
You should always have a bottle of water as you could get dehydrated during your time out in Dubai.
You always must protect your skin using cream or sun block to avoid burning skin, with the right SPF!
It is not recommended to expose yourself extensively during the summer in Dubai, and should wet yourself in the pool/at sea as many time as possible, or you could easily end up with sunstroke!
