What do the stars mean?
The stars next to the hotel names correspond to the rating of the hotel.
- 7 stars = lavish comfort
- 5 stars = hyper comfort
- 4 stars = super comfort
- 3 stars = great comfort
- 2 stars = good comfort
How do I make the hotel reservation?
On the home page, choose your hotel options in the Search Box calendar. After the search, it will give you a list of available hotels as per your selection, along with the respective tariff, room board, etc. You can then reserve the hotel that suits you best by fill in your personal, guest and payment details.
Our server is connected to the main Dubai hotels disponibility, and we will reserve the hotel accommodation for you at the most competitive price.
Do I have to wait for a confirmation of my reservation request?
All booking reservation will receive a confirmation e-mail eminently after payment is made through our payment gateway.
Within how much time will I get a response to my reservation request?
You will get a response confirmation of your booking minutes after payment made, but please allow 24 hours on weekdays - 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, London local time, and within 48 hours on weekends and bank holidays for your email confirmation.
Can I make a reservation directly with the hotel?
You can, but the prices displayed on Sunny Fares Travel Dubai hotels are available only through us. If you make the hotel reservation directly, you will be charged 20% to 50% extra.
How frequently are the hotel prices updated on Dubai Hotels?
The prices are updated daily and are the latest. As we are constantly negotiating with the hotels listed on our site to offer you a definite price advantage.
Are there any other charges I have to pay, other than what is shown as booking price?
No. The price mentioned on Dubai-reservation.com is inclusive of all taxes and service charges.
What if I am afraid of sending my credit card information on the net?
All credit card payments made through our payment gateway are completely secured, please note that Sunny Fares Travel Ltd does not store any financial details (Credit or Debit cards numbers).
However, in the rare case of you not wanting to send your credit card information on the net, you can call on today our central office in London: +44 (0)208 265 7201 Remember, we won't be able to process your request without credit card information.
Is the reservation guaranteed?
Yes. After your payment is made onto our website http://www.dubai-reservation.com , you will be receiving an e-mail confirmation, rest assured, the room availability is guaranteed.
Can I change my hotel reservation?
In the event of you wanting to change either the dates, number of rooms, hotel, or any other details after the reservation is made, No Charge will apply if change are made 10 days before the check in date, and the full amount will be held in the case of willing to change your booking 10 days before the check in date.

What if I want to cancel my reservation? What are the charges? How will I get my refund?
In the event of you wanting to cancel your stay at the hotel after reservation is made, No Charge will apply if cancellation is made 10 days before the check in date , and the full amount will be held in the case of willing to cancel your booking less than 10 days before the check in date.
