Can I change my hotel reservation?

In the event of you wanting to change either the dates, number of rooms, hotel, or any other details after the reservation is made, No charge will apply if changes are made 10 days before the check in date, and the full amount will be held in the case of willing to change your booking 10 days before the check in date.

What if I want to cancel my reservation? What are the charges? How will I get my refund?

In the event of you wanting to cancel your stay at the hotel after reservation is made,  No charge will apply if the cancellation is made 10 days before the check in date , and the full amount will be held in the case of willing to cancel your booking less than 10 days before the check in date.
